If you are a registered customer you can see the current status of the order (including delivery tracking number) in your user account.

 If you are a "guest customer" you can check the status of the order and tracking number at https://help.ekuep.com/en.


To do this:

  1. Open https://help.ekuep.com/en
  2. You should be logged in but if not, you will be asked to log in (the same credentials as for ekuep.com) - this is not mandatory but it will speed up the next step

  3. For logged-in users: click the following buttons to see full order details

  4. For users not logged-in: click the following buttons and type order reference (you will find it in the order confirmation email)
