What is the cancellation and late fees policy?

Cancellation fee
- If the official cancellation notice is received 14 days prior to the commencement of the rental order, the full amount of the rental order shall be refunded.
- If the official cancellation notice is received within 14 days of the commencement of the rental order, 10% of the rental order amount shall be deducted
- If the official cancellation notice is received after the commencement of the rental order, the rental order amount shall be deducted fully.
Late returns fee
- the charged quote = rental value for the number of days of delay + (25% extra per day)
