After downloading the app, you may either log in using your mobile phone or sign up using the same email address which you used in ekuep.com.
From the side menu, choose the Import function, just enter the email that you used in ekuep.com to order the machines and it'll bring all of your machines into your profile in SphereY.

Select the machine to which you want to request a service or installation and with a few clicks, you'll be able to reserve an appointment at your convenient place and time.

You also will be notified with updates of the whole process and can sign off the job only when you are satisfied with the quality of service received.
