Steps:
- Open https://help.ekuep.com/en
- You should be logged in but if not, you will be asked to log in (the same credentials as for ekuep.com) - this is not mandatory but it will speed up the next step
- For logged-in user: click the following buttons (choose "Return My Order" or "Cancel My Order") to see full order details
- For not logged-in users: click the following buttons (choose "Return My Order" or "Cancel My Order") and type order reference (you will find it in the order confirmation email)
Option 2: Send us an email to [email protected]
- The cancellation email should contain your order number, cancellation request, and reason,
- Mention (if the order was paid) that the amount should be kept as a store credit or refunded,
- If the order was paid through bank wire payment, please provide us with your bank account details to process the refund.
