Possible reasons:

  1. Your order cancellation could have happened because you have chosen bank wire payment and your transfer hasn't been received within 48 hours. Due to the fact we would like to give equal access to stock to all our customers, we kindly ask our customers (who placed bank wire orders) to transfer the total amount no later than 48 hours after the order was placed. We understand that for some reason the transfer may take more time, therefore we always contact customers via email and phone to understand the situation and avoid order cancellation. If all our attempts are failed after 3 working days the order is canceled.
  2. Your order can get canceled if the ordered item is out of stock and there was no response from the customer's side.
  3. If the order was shipped and returned by the shipper due to no answer from the customer's side.
