In general, if you bought the item with free or (paid installation which can be bought from our website) you should receive a voucher for the installation from SphereY. But if you haven't received it and SphereY shows you have to pay for the installation please contact us through email at info@spherey.com or send a message in the Spherey application by clicking "contact us / chat with us" option and the Spherey management will check it and respond you in maximum 24 hours.
