• Do not attempt uninstallation of the product; Ekuep’s personnel will carry it out. They will inspect the aesthetic and functional status of the machine and note it in the quality control document. The customer will have to sign the quality control document as part of the pick-up procedures. 
  • If the equipment were received dirty, SAR 250 will be charged to the customer per dirty equipment
  • All accessories should be provided with the equipment during the pickup. If any accessory was missing during the pickup, the customer will be charged the cost of the accessory in the market.
  • If the customer did not notify us of extending the order 24 hours prior to the pickup date via official email, we shall send our team or a representative to pick up the equipment.
  • If our team failed to pick up the equipment due to the customer being in compliance (refusal or ignoring calls), a 25% increase on the daily rental rate shall be applied till an official email of the extension is received from the customer.
