1. The first: check who is the seller of your equipment

When you need maintenance for your machine, the first thing to do is to check if your machine is sold by Ekuep (Ekuep Fulfilled) or a marketplace vendor. This information is shown in the tax invoice here

2. If your item is Ekuep Fulfilled 

The fastest way to request service, installation, or claim warranty is through our “Spherey” app.

You can download the application from the links below:

After downloading the app, you may either log in using your mobile phone or sign up using the same email address which you used in ekuep.com.
From the side menu, choose the Import function, just enter the email that you used in ekuep.com to purchase the machines and it'll bring all of your machines into your profile in Spherey.

Select the machine to which you want to request a service or installation and with a few clicks, you'll be able to reserve an appointment at your convenient place and time.

You also will be notified with updates of the whole process and can sign off the job only when you are satisfied with the quality of service received.

3. If your item is sold by a marketplace vendor

In this case please contact us to provide you with the vendor's service information and make sure to include the order number and item reference number or the name of the vendor from the invoice.
